Activated Charcoal Infused Oatmeal
I think it’s safe to say that charcoal infused food is one of the biggest food trends of 2018. Everywhere I turn, from recipe sites, to Instagram food bloggers, and trendy cafes, I see charcoal infused food. Chefs and foodies alike are becoming quite creative with their activated charcoal use, and so far I’ve seen charcoal ice cream, burger buns, pancakes, and smoothie bowls. Of course I wanted to be part of the craze, so I ordered Organika activated charcoal powder online and have had so much fun incorporating this powder into banana ice cream, and now most recently, oats!
